ONE Sunday Coming SOON!

ONE Sunday is just weeks away and coming November 8, 2009. This is a very special day as we gather for a unique, encouraging, and powerful worship and vision casting experience. Why ONE Sunday? ONE Sunday is for ONE Church with ONE Purpose for ONE Vision in ONE Community with ONE God. Memorial Baptist Church is ONE dynamic church with two diverse locations. The uniqueness of this ministry model allows and enables us to reach a broader spectrum of a diverse community demographic with the gospel. On November 8, 2009, we will come together in ONE corporate experience for ONE day to discuss our purpose and to look at our future together specifically for the next 36 months. ONE Sunday is a singular distinct experience. Everything is different on this ONE day. The schedule has been re-written for this unique day. We’ll meet at the Sterling Campus for our ONE event. Fellowship Time including a complimentary Coffee Bar with barista starts at 9:30am. Our ONE service will begin at 10:00am in the Worship Center. Lunch will be served (approximately 11:20am) following the service in the ROC (Activities Building). After lunch, we’re dismissed. Later that evening, you’re asked to come back to one of two Town Hall Meetings one at each campus to discuss specific North and Sterling action items. The Sterling Campus Town Hall will meet at 5:00pm followed the North Campus Town Hall at 6:30pm.

I cannot overstate the importance of this singular event! On this ONE day we need all Memorial Baptist Church members and guests alike present and available. This day is about our future and the direction of Memorial’s Ministry specifically for the next 36 months. You’re availability and participation is vital to the future successes of this church family. ONE Day isn’t for someone else it’s for you. ONE Day isn’t just another meeting; it is about charting our course for the future. Come and be a part of this historic ONE Sunday experience.
