Did you vote yet? I did on Thursday morning around 7:30 a.m. and there wasn’t even a line! You need to be sure and vote if you didn’t vote early. Even if the lines are long, be sure and vote on Tuesday. Every voice and every vote counts. Voting is a right and a responsibility for all Americans. It is the role of the Christian to participate in government and every American Christian can do that by voting. It is incumbent upon the electorate to be educated about each candidate, their values and stance.
The Chapel at Memorial Baptist Church will be open all day on Tuesday, November 4th for prayer. If you’d like to stop by and pray for our nation, the election, and our future, I invite you to stop by the Chapel during business hours on Tuesday. It’s a perfect setting for prayer.
