Brad has served at Memorial since October 2003. Coming most recently from Florida, he served churches in both Texas and Florida.  

Brad attended the University of Florida ultimately graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in management. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in preaching and evangelism. He is currently a professional doctoral student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Brad is a cofounder of ShepherdCare, a ministry dedicated to providing ministers with resources to sustain long-term effectiveness in their ministry calling and the coauthor of Preventing Ministry Failure.

Brad and his wife Jolanta have been married for 23 years and together have three children.
