I think you need to watch both of these – one right after the other. The first clip is of a conversation between William Wilberforce and John Newton – the author of Amazing Grace. The first clip is a moving and passionate conversation between Wilberforce and Newton. Before Newton became an Anglican clergyman, he was a captain of slave ship. The second clip is of Wintley Phipps and his rendition of Amazing Grace. It is moving, too. Watch them both and be reminded of God’s amazing, astonishing, astounding, remarkable, wonderful, incredible, marvelous, and miraculous grace!
